Emma is a local physiotherapist, specialising in women's health and exercise medicine. She frequently sees and treats women during pregnancy and postpartum recovery, those navigating perimenopause and menopause or those coping with chronic conditions such as endometriosis, pelvic pain or fibroids. Also a qualified Pilates instructor, she regularly supports women to introduce therapeutic exercise to their routines, or helps clients to return to sport or fitness. Always with a holistic approach, she is passionate about helping women to thrive and feel confident in their body.
